Safe Plants

antonm Feb 01, 2004 02:20 PM

Hi I was just simply wondering if someone could provide me with a list of safe plants to use for geckos (tokays, days, coleonyx species). Eating them ofcourse is not my concern but what I was wondering is if the crickets eat the plant and then the lizard eats them. I have heard that tomato can be poisonous in such a case. Anyway, I was particularly wondering if a bonzai tree would be safe. So far, I also have these to be harmless:
Sansevieria
Philodendrons
Pothos
Draceana
Bromeliads
Aglaonema
Crotons
Any additions to the list or info on that bonzai tree would be helpfull. Also any links to a site which already has a nice list would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Where does this tree come from?
Is it toxic to humans?

Japan. I have no clue about its toxicity. It is a miniature tree, and there are many species I believe. I dont know very much about them and was hoping someone else did.
