Yes it's normal. Adults don't shed nearly as much as when they were young because they are done with the rapid growth.
Adults also shed in sections here and there. Rarely a full body shed all at once.

Thanks for the reply. I was just a bit worried because i am not used to having her not shed. I believe its been about 7 or more months. Also, I have two more questions, at what age are beardies considered adults? Is it when they are sexually active or later on, and, my beardie doesnt eat ANY greens/veggies or fruits any more. It's been about 2 months. She eats a cricket or two and maybe a worm or two as well but nothing excessively. Any ideas. Thanks.
Yours is an adult.....after 12 months they are considered adults.....sounds like your girl is going through her first brumation period....if she's not losing wait, but just being sleepy and laying around she may be brumating. If you notice any weight loss she may be ill or have parasites but this is the time of year for brumation.
