Question about lighting

Breathingbywires Feb 01, 2004 08:52 PM

I know at night using a red bulb will allow better viewing of our little nocturnal friends, however will using a black light do the same. I have my black light just above his tank, and he is out playing like it's night time but I can see him glow, will this bother him or no?

The problem with blacklights is that prolonged exposure can cause eye problems.
