This is a western slender glass lizard. These are common in Jefferson county and are usualy found when they scatter trough the grass making a ruffle sound.

This is a lined snake. They too are common around Perry lake. I also found a grahams crayfish snake on the shores of a pond by the lake which was a county record,but I didnt collect it becuase I didnt know.
