Hey lizard boy, this is just a suggestion. You might want to put some sort of hide box in there with him. He would feel a lot more secure, maybe right over that uth he is laying on. I've been reading your posts over the past weeks. I would get a fecal sample tested, more than likely a de-wormer from a vet. That alone could be the cause of his vomiting. But I would not rule out stress as a factor either. Try this, I bet if you put a hide box on the cool side of his cage, he would rather feel safe in a hide than warm on the uth. I used to have a sav. when I was a kid, I stole a tupperware container from my mom cut a access hole in the rim and turned it upsidedown and he used it. When I look at that picture of him on the uth he looks insecure huddled in that corner. This is just my opinion and only a suggestion, but I hope you a least try it.

to add on to clints post lizardboy ....you should really give your savannah some substrate instead of what it has now. Try getting some top soil so it can dig. Also there are those blocks of substrate you can use and when you wet them they expand some kind of mulch i think it is. They sell them at petco. also you should put a dimmer on the heating pad so it is not too hot and burns the little guy on its belly. What are your temps in the tank? If you have a screen cage tape some foil so it traps heat and humidity so the little guy is more comfortable. One last thing if you have just one hide there give it another its all about giving our monitors opitions. And if the little guy keeps throwing up take it to the vet and dont hold so much for a while the stress from holding it can add on and eventually lead to it dying.
