If I have learned anything on this forum it is this...a male and female should not be housed together. If you do- especially at the age of your dragon- he will constantly want to mate with her that will stress her out and may become ill from it. So a seperate enclosure will be needed and they should not be together unless you plan to have them mate then seperate again.

Another thing to consider is quarentee. It is often recommended to keep any new addition to your collection separate from your existing collection for at least 3 months. This way you can test for any communicable parasites or diseases in the newcomer before introducing her to your collection. Three clean fecals several weeks a part (a month is best) is also good to get.

A female bearded dragon should be at least 15 months old before being bred, to ensure she is fully mature and at the ideal weight (350g or more I beleive). Also, though breeding dragons may sound likea fun prospect, there is alot of things to consider before breeding your dragons. Cost of raising the babies is just the least thing to consider.

They'll need seperate living quarters. You might consider dividing that cage with a piece of screen or plexiglass. 2 x 5 should be enough room to roam... Only concern would be that the screen is not abrasive - some Dragons will rub their nose raw on it.
