Whos got hissing roach feeders?

Im looking for a volume discount on hissing roaches, i can get as many as i want for 50 cents a piece at the local reptile store. I am looking to pay less to buy in bulk. Anybody have any ideas?

I think that 50cents each IS a discount! They often sell for $1-$3 each. Be thankful you don't need to pay shipping.

i agree with sonya, 50 cents is pretty cheap, i got mine for 20 cents, but i had to buy 500 and many of them were babys when i got them.

Thanks for the info...
I ended up getting 10 today, and by the time i got home, there was about 30-40 little white roaches running around in the box. One of them must have just given birth. Hopefully they will grow.

Keep them warm....like a uth under them......100 degrees makes them very happy. I keep dog kibble in with them all the time and add greens and flaked foods etc now and then. Also, one thing I read was that the males establish breeding 'layers' in a colony. The more layers of eggcarton etc the faster they will establish and breed.

Well aren't you lucky . I ordered 50 from CVExotics for 37.00 shipped. This was about the best price I found online. I still have yet to see any babies...
