If so, there's a great little tool to re-size pics.

Go to:

www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp and download the Image Resizer Power Toy. Install it and then you can right click over any picture and choose "Resize" ... the "medium" setting is perfect for KS posts.

PS: This powertoy exists for other Windows OS's, but you'll have to find it on your own, (try just typing "Windows XX powertoys" where XX is your version of windows).
