My digital timer malfunctioned and the new tank that I have planted with no animals in it yet was halfway filled when I got home last night.
hehe... NICE!
Yikes, that gives me nightmares! Did it go bad or did you make a mistake and had it say... on at 7:00am and off at 7:01pm ?
I sure am glad there where no little frogs in there.
Not to sound paranoid, but.. my water pump came with a soloniod to allow me to hood it directly to my RO system, I cut that thing right off and run the pump out of a one gallon bucket instead. This way even if something goes wrong the frogs are safe.
The main reason I do this is because timers have button and I have kids, bad combination.

Yeah you live and learn at least I'm not out the dough on a bunch of animals not to mention they're living creatures. My electricity went out and the battery on the timer must be going bad.
Good thing you did not have frogs in there. I think this is why I hand mist...
