Can someone plz help me get over myself and bring myself to touch these crix?!Plz! I want to touch these guys without worry but I can't bring myself to do it. des anyone have the same problem or had? How did you get over it? How can you get over it?Its important for my froggie lol

I don't actually touch 'em when I'm feeding. I keep them on bits of egg crate. I shake the egg crate off into a sort of plastic pitcher thing I have, and then I just pour the crickets into the cage. I only pick up the escapees, the technique for that is hard to describe.
