We met the goal with ease, went over a little. There had to be a stop to the amount collected, otherwise no one would come forward. They would just wait and see how high it got. It is at the limit, we will not be adding anymore to it.
The link was taken down from kingsnake and the site changed because we hit the goal. Dan has been flooded with emails.
I got the contact info for the detective today. There will be an update on Dan's web site soon.
As for news coverage, etc I am being put into contact with the media rep from Anaheim Police to see what route they want me to take.
The details are fuzzy right now, we will be updating as things become known. HUGE thanks to everyone who has helped with this!
If you have info on the people who did this please contact me or Det Helmick @ (714) 765-1935. If you have my snakes and would like to return them, no questions asked, the detective said to contact her to talk about ways to do it.
