flourescent lighting

I was wondering...is it okay to use a regular flourescent lighting for added ambient lighting for a bearded dragon? I have the regular basking lamp, but in a 60 gallon tank in a room not lit too well, most of the cage is dark. Can I use the regular flourescent or do I need to use the ones made for reptiles?
