Moorish/Crocodile Geckos

I know these aren't the most popular geckos in the world, but i was wondering if any has bred these geckos, or if not, have you figured out how to at least sex them? I can't find any real solid information on sexing them or even breeding them. I have a pair i believe to be a male and a female. The only real evidence i am going on is that they don't fight over territory. That theory would give me either 2 females or a male and a female. The second thing, this one is a stretch b/c they are so skittish they are hard to observe, but i belive one of them has been making calls at night. Someone told me that only the males make calls in this species. If anyone know anything that could help me that would be great.
