digestion questions....help!!!!

my new ball python has eaten 2 adult mice since i got her and not pooped yet? i have had her for roughly 2 weeks! is this something i should be worried about or are they very slow digesters?

Nothing to worry about. Sometimes, it takes my snake 4-5 weeks to take a big one. He's healthy as can be too! Don't worry, when he has to go, he'll go. Just make sure he's got plenty of fresh water to help the process, and always monitor his feeding if you're feeding him within his enclosure. You don't want him ingesting any substrate that may cause impaction problems. Hope this helps!

...they shed. Occasionally they're so ready to dump you'll find the turd IN the shed but usually they wait until they're completely done shedding before planting their scat in a corner.
