I think the whole line of superfoods are the best, most thought out and tested formulatons on the market. I use the Crested gecko diet exclusively on my entire collection. All the formulations use the same ingedients, just in different ratios of macro and micro nutrients for whatever species it was designed to be used for. I also use the 3 BD formulas... and of course the Uro. If you do decide to use it, you need to decide that this is the product you will use. If you mix it up with other products (even a plain calcium supp.) you will skew the micro nutrients...i.e. vitamins and minerals. I use the Uro powder liberally on ever salad mix I offer. This is the only supplement they get. If you want more info about the ingredients and why they were chosen, go to...www.t-rexproducts.com,reptile products, sandfire superfoods, any of the ones listed, then ingredients. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
good luck

My Embrodak adores it. I've noticed a boost in appetite and growth since I started him on it.
