I know there are easy ways to deal with mouth rot, it's probably the same with nose rot. One thing I would do is make sure the humidity is above 60 most of the time. WHen I first got my dragon I noticed her mouth turn brownish. I turned up the humidity and it went away in a day or so. so, until you find a vet or are able to treat the dragon, turn up the humidity.
It is usually caused by nose rubbing, which is caused by having a tank which is too small, or the dragon being able to see its reflection in the glass. It needs to be treated by a vet, or it will just get worse, and the nose will not grow back, your dragon will be permenantly disfigured.
