My question is that my gecko recently started to consume alot of water and his stomach is significantly bigger. He is around three years old and his poop is looking normal. anyone have any ideals?

Premium play sand. He been on play sand for the past two years.
it sounds like your leo may be getting a buildup of sand in its intestinal tract. I would start by taking it off the sand immediately and change to a non-granular substrate. Then I think you should consult a vet.
