this may be a stupid question but can beardies learn how to do tricks? if so, can someone direct me to a site that shows how to teach them
We were just talking about that a while ago. There's no reason why they wouldn't be able to learn simple tricks, I think, given the right motivation. Fish and octopus can learn 'tricks', and I've seen 'trained' monitors and crocs on TV. It would just be a conditioned response thing- you teach them to associate a given behavior with a food reward. But it would take a lot of patience and understanding. I've been trying to think through a good way to teach mine a trick, but he's not the tamest which makes it a bit more difficult. If I can pick up some superworms tomrrow maybe I'll give it a try.
