My WHite's tree frog is acting normal, looks normal but hasn't ate anything in 5 days. Usually it will be very excited about food, but ignores the food I put in front of it. Could it be sick or is this normal behavior during this time of year.

Well, from my own experiences this happens to me too. Of my 3 WTF's one does this every winter, but he still appears healthy and is still social after dark. He eventually eats again in the begining of spring. Just keep an eye on him and make sure he isn't getting really skinny or not looking healthy. But still continue to try and feed him and remove the crickets if not eaten. Again this is from my own experience so it might not be the same for your WTF but i hope everything works out. Fellow WTF owners....has this happened to anyone else too? just curius
what are the temps in your set-up? have their been any recent changes which could have caused stress to the frog?
yes my frogs have also gone without eating for a while but this was becuase of a drop in temperature.

I keep the enclosure around 85 all day long and around 70-75 degrees at night. Not really any changes in temp.

hmmm... doesn't seem like the temp would be influencing the frog not eating. when a frog becomes sick, he will usually not eat. just keep a good eye on him, and make sure he is still behaving normally. you never know, he might be consuming the crix while your not looking?

Lack of Moisture could also stopping him from eating, he could just know its winter. try upping the humidity, a little and like luke said keep a very close eye on him. ~~Good luck!
