for making holes in plastic boxes? If so - thanks for the tip. The boxes look pre-punched the holes are so clean.

Oh, this rack has some killer brooksi in it! (Don't mind the condensation - I just sprayed the substrate because our humidity here is so low right now.)

Yeah it was me. Uni-bits are a must have tool when it comes to drilling boxes......even on the hard plastic philips boxes. Now you need to post some pics of those brooksi.

It's a drill bit, approximately 3" long and in the shape of a cone. From the tip of the bit, there is a gradual increase in the diameter in which cuts the hole. You can find them at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Wal-Mart.........Wal-Mart will be the cheapest if your's has them. The size of the bit taper usually ranges from 1/8" to around 1/2", but there are larger sizes available.......not that you should need anything larger for drilling boxes. I'll try to find mine again, and post a pic.
