Breeding Woma x Possible Het Piebald

dennismueller Feb 04, 2004 02:21 PM

I bred this year my Woma with a possible Het Piebald together.
Does any body knows something of the genetics by the woma?
Thanks
Dennis

Did you get that woma ball from NERD or is that a WC? Any previous sucessful breedings with your snake?

This one is a wild catch. I don´t be shure that this would be a woma but i think it looks like.
I bred this female this year for the first time.

I have bred a similar (very similar in fact) appearance for several years now. The results are normal looking offspring and offspring with varying degress of reduced pattern. This is when bred to a completely normal female. This year I am breeding him back to a daughter with unusual markings to determine what comes out. This may or may not turnout like the genetic banded morphs that some breeders have. Time will tell. The photo is of my male from this past year. The other unusual abnormality is the complete white belly and increased yellow coloration along the length of the bottom compared to normal wild morphs.

Hello,
great ball. I hope that somethings genetic comes out. Please let me know if the clutch is hatched.
Thanks

Your male is a very pretty reduced pattern.. But I don't think that is a Woma ball, in my opinion. Check out NERD for the information on Woma ball genetics.

Best of luck with your breeding!
