Well I have a question for you then. I know it's roughly 10 gallons per gecko for housing. I have 2 33 gal tanks with 3 geckos in each tank. I want to start housing all the females in one tank. Im looking at a 46gal bow front. Im saying 5 geckos in the tank. Do you agree or could I fit more or less.

I'd probably depending on how big they are say no more than 5. That is me personally though, because I have ONE leo in a 20 gal. I like giving them as much room as they want. Just keep in mind you need enough hides for each leo which can take up a bit of room.

There all full grown adults. I was debating on creating a second level to the tank about halfway up. I feed them in a seperate tank individually (just makes it easier to see who's eating and who's not).

That sounds fine, just make sure to have enough hides, food, calcium, etc...

Heck I saw 5 in petco in a 10 gallon, and they were very active... of course it was pretty crowded -_-

I would never put 5 in a 10 gal even as hatchlings.

I would have atleast 7 hides available for them. Most of the floor would be open flat space with the second level for climbing and basking.

What you see in a pet store doesn't mean it's correct for them. Generally pet stores have pets overcrowded because it's meant as a temporary living situation. But petco is known for putting too many large reptiles in a small cage together. I will say my store does not do that, we're one of the good ones.

I was just saying, I would never do that either, so don't get the wrong idea.
