So my year old gecko I got back in Oct. stopped eating right before Christmas and hasn't eaten anything since...that is until last night. From my earlier post, someone told me that it was probably the cold weather outside making her not eat and not to worry. But she did start to look pale and her activity started to slow down so I ordered her some waxworms - her favorite of course. Usually I feed her dusted mealies and give her waxworms occasionally as a treat - no more than 3 or so a month - cause I've heard about their addictiveness. So last night when I offered the waxworms, she snatched at them hungrily. I felt bad she was so hungry and kept trying to offer her a mealie inbetween the waxworms but she refused the mealies. I don't want her to starve! So I fed her 6 waxworms. How do I get her to eat normally again and not just the waxwomrs? Should I keep feeding her waxworms so she remains healthy and at least eating something?
