Giant breeding

stickyfingers Feb 05, 2004 10:58 AM

I plan on buying a male and female giant leopard gecko from leopard geckos .com i bought my other gecko there. My question is will the giant geckos gang up on my other gecko she is about 63 grams in a 20 gallon long cage. the giants are already young adults. And does anybody sell their geckos offspring to petstores? Because there is a reptile specialty store in my area. I dont plan on making much money or anything. I want to breed just as a hobby. Also I 've planned on doing my next science on leopard geckos. It will be titled''Does incubation temperatures affect amount of black pigmentaion on leopard gecko'' .I've read the artical in the leopard gecko manual concerning this topic. Any information for futher research would be great. And what wuold be a fair price to sell juvinell normal geckos ? Could I caharge more because they are giant or het for giant? THANKS

you could definitely charge more for the giants. But the het for giant wouldn't really matter to the pet store because what the people see is what they understand. Leopardgecko.com has an article on incubation temps and stuff.
