This big girl was bred on several occasions in november. Does she look gravid to you?

Boastud,
. It is hard to tell from the PIC. By observing your snake you may be able to tell whether it is gravid or not. My females will usually eat during the mating season but as soon as they look and act gravid and the males lose interest in them they refuse to eat except for perhaps a small meal midway through the 5.5 month gestation. If your snake stopped eating soon after the mating stopped and it has not lost any weight it is likely that it is gravid. Gravid BRBs that are not too big and heavy (less than 5 pounds) will have a noticeable lumpiness in the aft half of their body. As the gestation progresses they get more and more heavy in the aft end and thinner in the forward end.
