My beardie shakes her head side to side violently, but only once or twice at a time. Almost like a dog will do to a toy. Has anyone ever heard of a beardie doing this?
Thanks in advance
Andrew

similar like maybe a piece of shed but no, I don't think it should happen on a regular basis, at least mine never have. Is you beardie getting calcium, UVB, supplements? What kind of veggies, feeder insects are you feeding?

Though I never experienced this problem myself, it sounds like it could be an ear infection. I suggest taking him to a vet to check. If it only happens once or twice then nothing for weeks, I probably wouldn't worry about it. However if it is several times a day (and not just when you mist him) then I recommend taking him to a vet to check him out.
