Who did you get them from? I would love to get some nice yellow ones someday. You'll have to post some pictures when they arrive.

I've tried many pythons, and although I find all of them very interesting, the spotted (and childrens) remain the easiest to maintain IMO and have among the best personalities of any snake, not just python. There is one warning: being rocky-terrain dwellers (or in termite mounds), they are able to climb and cram themselves in any crevace that is around. Your cage must be free of the slightest potential security problems , and also flourescent light fixtures that the snake can get stuck in. Keep the cage simple. If you want to add a branch or better yet a shelf, then fine. Watch those light sockets! These snake are curious and will investigate anything.
