Just wanted to post a few pics....Our new Ghost male!

longissima Feb 05, 2004 07:06 PM

This little guy came from Steve Emerick and was produced by Linda H. in 2003. He is beautiful! I hope to breed him to our Kahl albino female in 2005. Hope you like. Derek

This girl was produced by Rich Ihle in 2002. She is already 5 feet long and growing like a weed. She will be the mother of sunglow hets in the future. Derek

This male Salmon was also produced by Rich Ihle in 2002. The female albino came from Pete Kahl also in '02. The other snake in the picture is the female salmon. Derek

She is a new addition and by far the largest boa we have. She is 9.5 feet long and weighs 47 pounds. Unfortunately she was abondoned in a shed by her previous owner. She seems to be doing OK and is in a shed cycle. She has a near perfect pattern an alot of orange in her with very little speckling. Thanks for taking the time to look and the photos and I hope you enjoyed them. Take care. Derek

He is about 45 inches long and 18 months old. He has been in "breed mode" for about 2 months now. He seems to have a one track mind now that he knows there are girls in the house! Derek

Great looking ghost, and I love the tail. I love the ghosts, and think the future is very bright (or washed out should I say) for this morph as the quality is improved season after season.

This is the first ghost boa I have seen in person. It does not show in the photos, but there is alot of lavender on the sides and the tail. I am very impressed with the overall appearance of this little guy and cannot wait to see him as an adult.! Thanks for the kind words! Derek
