hey guys,

i was given a BT that is emaciated. right now i have been feeding it baby food with supplements. tonight i fed it egg with calcium. he is still very active like any other BT. but he is very skinny. he is a baby... 5-8inches...??? (havnt measured or really thought about it) i know he needs protein. so what should i feed him. needs to be able to fit in a small syringe. if i open his mouth and put a cricket in there or a super/wax worm he just spits it out. just wondering what all yall use to fatten them up. i was thinking liquid rat. but my step mom got mad when she saw it in the blender . the baby food does fatten them up but it takes a much longer time. trying to get him back to normal ASAP. he is in a 4x2x2 cage with a a zone of around 135, and then down to 65 on the other end. he has stacks and a root upside down to vary his basking temps, and around 8inches of dirt. like i said before he is still very active walks around, basks, digs, swims etc etc. just skinny

Every albig Ive had from 2 months old (16 inches total) to adult has eaten almost everything offered and then some unless stuffed or very very sick. At 2 months old I was feeding 50-75 crickets a day, 1 adult mouse, or a few day old quails. They are hatched at around 9 inches in length.

ya hes got an appointment monday. my other baby BT grew 2inches in 9days just measured him last night. he eats like 5dozen crix a day. i also have a 5½ft male BT, a 4' Nile, 2' Sav, 3 Mangroves around 2' each, and a 3' male Dumerils. so its not like i dont know what im doing. and i work at a Vet Clinic. was just wondering if there was anything that would fatten him up fast. and i cant fit meat in his syringe.
