Idaho regulations for pyros anyone?

I need help finding regulations for Idaho. Isn't it amasing how you go to a states DNR website and there are no clear cut "dos and donts"? How do I know if I'm breaking the law if I can't find the information? All I wanted to do was see if it was legal to sell a pr. of pyros to someone in Idaho. If anyone has knowledge of their regs please advise or direct me to "user friendly" site. Geeze, wonder we herpers get in trouble.

PS: I'll never forget when I went herping, found a few gentilis and was not aware of the regulations at the time (early 90's). I thank the man above that I only took pictures of the critters so I did not have to get a lawyer, sell my house or give up my family.
