Vield Size?

how big should a vield chameleon be at about nine months old. mine is about 4"-5". does this sound right to anybody

The 4-5" doesn't include the tail, right?
If you could take a picture with the cham sitting on a yardstick - or some other object for reference, it would help.

All chameleons do not grow at the same rate - no. Even in the same clutch, one can see larger and smaller than the average. Over the past several years, we have seen "runts" in most kept species. We have seen the opposite too - veileds that grow very large in a short period of time. This is not good either, as we believe this "overgrowth" can contribute to a shortened lifespan.
