We use 28 quart tubs for all our colubrids...except the florida kings and gophers...but all other corns and kinds are housed in the 28 quart tubs (7 gal or 26 litres.)

I just found some nice big ones the other day. They're 43-1/2qt and measure 17x34x6-1/2high The 28qt's I have I am only using for my smaller corns, they will all move to the bigger ones when adult sized.

I have been warned not to use this kind of box for hatchlings, since I use the lids, these ones have a small space by the latch where small snakes can escape. But a little silicone and an adult snake makes these great for my new rack. (if it ever gets built I have all the parts sitting here but my "carpenter" just got sick and so now we wait some more)

I dont use the lids in the rack so they work out great. But I have been thinking of building another rack and using maybe a 40 or 42 qt containers for my adults.
