A 66% heterozygous snake is a snake that has a 66% chance of being heterozygous (and therefore a 1/3 chance of being normal).

They are produced by breeding two (100%) hets together. You should get approximately 1/4 of the offspring that are homozygous recessive (e.g. albino) and the other 3/4 will be normal looking. But of those 3/4, 2/3 will be heterozygous. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing which of the normal looking snakes are hets, if any.
