Yeppers! It's very normal actually, although I don't think mine do very often. They are just getting some extra nutrients out of their old skin, so they munch on the shedded skin. Don't worry!
That's not strange, although it does seem odd at first!

Simply because I'm bored, and awake as this forsaken hour of the morning I will elaborate a little on this. It is perfectly normal that leos eat their skin. I would consider it more un-normal if they didn't. In the wild, desert or savannah setting that leos are normally found, nutrients are sometimes scarce during parts of the year. Their skin helps them retain some of those vitamins and minerals that they need. Of course, in the wild the leos might not find food every night like they get from us, but they don't know that, lol. They just do what comes natural to them.
