I have a trio of Solomon Island Prehensile Tailed Skinks. I've had them for about four or five months now. They're doing well, eat well, seem to have adjusted well to captivity. They are still shy, but I don't handle them a lot. I just want them to be healthy and breed, I have a lot of lizards that I have more for pets. I thought as soon as I got them that one of the females might be gravid. She is really quite fat, probably twice as fat as the other two. Does anyone have experience with this and know how I can know for sure and if I should do anything to prepare or know when she might have the baby? I've tried to feel her abdomen to see if there was any movement, but couldn't feel any. I thought since they only have one (rarely two) babies, you might actually feel movement, like with a human baby. Any help or info. would be appreciated. Thanks! -Lucy
