Redleg in African clawed frogs?

I was feeding my frogs today and i noticed one of them had a red streak on one of its hind legs. It looks like redleg. Is it contageous? How can i treat it?

red leg begins as swelling usually in the ankle and "calf" when pressure builds up, the blood vessels rupture and that is what is "red" go to my site to see pics
