Shipment detained!

Have any of you had shipments of harmless snakes stopped and detained at a hub? Feedback will be appreciated.

We had one stopped about a year ago. They opened the package and sent it to the state fish and game office. They verified that there was nothing venoumous and it went ahead and shipped to its destination.
