I am interested in hearing the story on the your case, but I keep getting an error message that required me to close Explorer. Not sure why that is and have never had this happen before. I tried getting to the story off of both links you provided.
Is anyone else having this problem?

The link on your site worked perfect for us!
You did great Jeff! The story was presented quite well, we appreciated the fact that there were several shots of a gentle moving ball, the reporter seemingly unafraid to stand in the room with all those snakes (looks good to the otherwise ignorant snake fearing public), and the statement that these snakes are not dangerous. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We will keep our eyes and ears peeled for any sign or possible lead to your snakes. We have a varied collection from balls to mangroves to burms and retics... I can only imagine the discomfort this has brought to you. We don't really breed any of our 80 plus "snakie kids", they are just our pets and we handle rescues....and I know their loss would devastate us.
We will be another set of eyes for you out and about.
Once again... warmest hugs and wishes for your snakies safe return!
Karen and Tim
