PVC sheet is hard to find and would likely need to be ordered through US Plastics.

If you mean expanded PVC sheet, the material commonly used in cage construction, look under plastics in your phone book. Sign shops are another choice, but they all buy it from the plastic shops and charge more.

With full sheets it will almost certainly be cheaper for you to buy it locally than to have it delivered. If transporting it is a problem, every plastic shop I've spoken to has been willing to cut sheets into a manageable size so I could fit them in my vehicle.
