Spike is about 6mos old. The person I bought him from said he was a Hypo. He sure is a rascal. Sees every movemnet when I have him out. Now he hardly bites me at all. LOL
Thanks

How do you like your Everglades? Like I said Spike has an attitude. Your snake almost looks like he is made of gold. He is very beautiful. I am going to try to find mine a mate. We really do not have much variety around here. Most offerings at the local show are Kings, milks, and corns and of course Boas and pythons. The corns are very basic as well as the others.
My sister and I are going to try to introduce Glades,Bairds, and African House Snakes.

Thanks for the nice words!!
Mine is very mellow, hasnt ever nipped or anything. I got him from Dwight Good, and he has some females advertised on his site that are probably clutch mates to mine. dwightgood.com
Take a look and shoot him an email. His snakes are top notch and I have quite a few from him.
Here is a female Yellow rat I got from Dwight as well. Hatched the same time as the glades. Same size, and is coloring up nicely as well. She is a little more jumpy than the glades, but still hasnt ever nipped or bit.

This picture shows how similar they really are. There smiley mouths and pattern as babies. I went to the Pittsburgh show and the man I got Spike from was there. He had one little female, I suspect a late clutch as she is much smaller. She seems much more mellow.
My husband gave me my Valentine present early and boy did I go crazy ...came home with three new babies and one almost adult. Now I am broke again. LOL
