A good book is an understatement!!! This book has everything you would ever need to know about leopard geckos in it, and a very intensive look into the breeding of leopard geckos and i guess what you mean by compatible species there is a section in the back of the book about AFT's and there are a bunch of the other species of "eyelid" geckos in the very back.

Worth the money for this book....trust me!,

I agree with Eric, it is a very good book. It is really not a good idea to put leos in a tank with any other, different species of geckos or lizards. The fat tail gecko, even though it looks very much like a leo, has different environment requirements. I think any time you try to mix species, someone ends up thriving and the other ends up declining. But some good news is that you can house multiple female leos in a large enough tank. A general rule of thumb is 1 adult gecko per 10 gallons of tank space. Good luck!

Here is a picture of one of my female tanks:

All those manual books are basically caresheets.
I have i, it also talks about temp sexing and how higher incubation temps minimize the dark or spots on leos.
Its a good book but like I said its basically a caresheet.
The leopard gecko manual also talks about AFT.

I like the copy I own and refer back to it frequently. It says that collared lizards, South African Flat-Tailed Lizards, and Small Girdle-tailed lizards. It also says to make sure that the lizards you put in with the leos should have different day/night cycles. REMEMBER: Keep a close eye on a mixed vivaria!!
