Wierd shedding question

mngrivera Feb 06, 2004 10:06 PM

My almost 3 month beardie has shed twice. The first time she shed all over except her head. Just this past week she shed all the way through- head to toe. I think her head doesnt nearly look as nice as her body so it made me wonder...Does her head have another layer to shed to catch up to the rest of the body? She still itches her head with her feet and log.

BD's tend to shed in different sections and when they are young there always seems to be something on their body that is in shed. Nothing wrong with your dragon, it's just how it is when they are young.
