Not a lot, but it does happen. My friend's beardie seems to have something against going in his cage, so yes he does poop everytime we keep him out for a while. He's only been in my car once without pooping, and he'd pooped before going. My other beardies haven't pooped out of their cages unless in a bath. You may be able to solve your problem by giving your beardie a warm bath first, but that may not always work. It doesn't work with the one who goes in my car all the time, and we have to carry a paper towel for him.
