Can anyone tell me what temp and kind of lights to use

Use a 160 watt Reptile Mercury Vapor Heat Lamp. The basking area (a rock) directly under the heat lamp should be around 105 F. The other areas should be in the 80s F during the day. Night and winter temperatures vary by species.

It has the adequate UV rays, the HLS thrive under them.
