As long as your ball python is healthy and feeding well, then you choose how long you want to handle it. Excessive handling can stress any animal out, so watch for signs of stress.

As long as your ball is healthy and eating well handle as often as you wish. Watch your snake for signs of "hey i have had enuff", but remember a well handled snake is a well bonded snake. The more you hold your baby the more they know and trust you and a bond will be created!
