I know it wasn't a bearded dragon, but I lost one of my crested geckos today: ( She was gravid, and she died laying. I was at work today when it happened. I wish I could of been here, maybe I could of done something for her!

RIP ECHO...you will be missed!!!!

Did she show any signs of illness before?

NO she didn't! As far as I could tell she was in perfect health, I weight my females everyweek to see how they are doing with their weight gain, looking over them to make sure everything is looking right. I get fecals done probably every 6 months. Its just a shame, she was gonna have my first crested babies, I was really excited to see what she was gonna produce!

I breed cresteds as well. When she died - did you check the eggs? I had a female pass a while back due to the eggs being bonded together...

She only had one egg, which I thought was odd! But it was a very big egg! I'm guessing thats why she couldn't pass it!!
