Is there any uroplatus that will do well on a non cricket diet??

jack7777766 Feb 07, 2004 02:27 PM

Ive been very interested in uroplatus for some time and I probably asked the question before, but I think someone said there was a new formula for uroplatus and that they were gonna try it and see if it worked.
So is there any uroplatus species that can do well on a non cricket diet??

Thanks
Jack

Hi,

I seriously do not think so, they are big BUG eaters !

They love crickets, and I was told their native food or Buggie is the Hisser Roach.

I have dropped in super worms and my wc female gets them. The male watches, but does not go for them.

I'm sure others may have more to add,

Eve

Ijust read about hissing roaches, it says they get up to 20 grams how could uroplatus eat them?? Do you just feed them the smaller ones?
