I saw this talked about in an earlier post...just wonder if anyone who is successful in breeding mealies has any tips on what they do to have the most success. Thanks.

have you asked the feeder food forum? If you want to get a bunch of different ways i suggest doing a google search for: mealworm "breeding"-make sure you put qoutes around breeding.
General way to breed mealworms-
1)Get a bunch of mealworms in a rubbermaid tub with 2 inches of substrate and piece of potatoe, carrot (my favorite), apple, etc
2) Wait for mealworms to turn into pupae (white alien looking things) to test if the pupae are still alive poke them on the "tail"
3) Wait for pupae to turn into beetles
4) Let the beetles stay in the container to breed
5) every week the beetles are alive change them to another container
