Thinking about getting a froggie....

kdollva Feb 07, 2004 08:05 PM

Currently I have a bearded dragon (which hes doing great ) but im looking into purchasing a frog. Any suggestions would be welcome. I'm looking for something small and colorful. Please inform me on the the type of bred that would somewhat go along with that description so that I may do more research. Thanks a bunch!

Maybe a firebelly toad. Look into them.

What size terrarium do you want to keep it in and how small do you want? Reed frogs are beautiful, but tiny, usually not much bigger than your thumbnail. Firebelly toads are popular because of their bright coloring. Most of the smaller species that I deal with are probably not good beginner's frogs, usually I recoomend a White's TF or a pac man, but they get big.
