That is a great snake but isn't axanthism a reduction in xanthophores, those that produce the yellow color?
I would figure this snake you've got is perhaps hypomelanistic(reduced black pigment) more than anything.

there are many layers of pigmentation & the mutation does not usually effect all the layers. The proof is in the puddin' - all snows (i.e. Corns, Boas, Balls, etc.) produced from Anerys. or Axanthics, have some yellow in them. The only snows that seem to be PURE white are those produced from breeding Albinos into pure black (melanistic) animals (i.e. Cal. Kings & Garters). It is pretty much a silver & white animal. The colours are very close to that of an Anery Honduran Milksnake.
